Why have a General Meeting?
The General Meeting process allows the applicant to meet informally with staff to discuss a project to get feedback and ideas. Based on the detail and information provided, staff will give direction on Code requirements, procedures and issues for the proposed project. A development application may not be submitted until the General Meeting has been completed as required by the City. General Meetings are held on Mondays, they are 45 minutes in length and are held at City Hall in the Community Development Conference Room, 250 North 5th Street, unless otherwise noted.
To schedule a General Meeting, please either come to the Community Development office in City Hall or contact us at 970-244-1430. Thanks again and we hope to hear from you soon.
