General Meetings

The General Meeting process allows the applicant to meet informally with staff to discuss a project to get feedback and ideas. Based on the detail and information provided, staff will give direction on Zoning and Development Code requirements, procedures, and issues for the proposed project.

A development application may not be submitted until the General Meeting has been completed as required by the City. Unless otherwise noted, General Meetings are held on Mondays, they are 45 minutes in length and are held at:
