The City of Grand Junction is hosting a seasonal hiring event on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 3-6 p.m. at the Lincoln Park Barn at 910 North 12th Street. Applications for a variety of positions with the Parks and Recreation Department are also available online prior to the event including facilities maintenance, park custodians, sports field/grounds crew, turf maintenance, event staff, and irrigation maintenance.
Interested candidates will have the opportunity to apply, interview, and if selected, be extended a conditional job offer. Available positions range in skill level as well as qualifications and age requirements. Candidates will be assessed for related experience, equipment, and operational skills.
