24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project 

• Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around 24 Rd. and G Rd. temporary roundabout  
• Continue to see lane shifts on 24 Rd. from I-70 to Leland Ave. 
• Moderate traffic delays can be expected 
• Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained 

Sewer Replacement Project (Orchard Mesa)

• Unaweep Ave. is closed at Cedar St.
• A well-marked detour route is in place
• Resident access will always be provided

Waterline Replacement Project

• Starting Wed. 6/14, 18th St. and 19th St. between Elm Ave. and Orchard Ave. will be closed to thru traffic
• Resident access will be maintained
• Anticipated completion: October 2023

Fiber Optic Construction– Highline Internet Service Provider

• 31 Rd. from Patterson Rd. to F 1/2 Rd.
  • Expect delays

S. Broadway between 23 Rd. & Easter Hill Dr.– Private Development

• Utility work along with new curb, gutter and sidewalk construction will take place throughout the summer.
• Expect intermittent road closures with well-marked detours
• Resident access will be provided

D ½ Rd. Utility Construction between 32 ½ Rd. and 33 Rd.- Mesa County Community Center Project

• D 1/2 Rd. will be closed through Fri. 6/16
• Detour route will be in place
• Resident access will be provided
