GJFD Wildland Team Deploys to California Today

Brush 6

The Grand Junction Fire Department Wildland Team has been asked to respond to Northern California due to severe fire risk and extreme conditions. A team of four firefighters along with Brush 6 will depart Grand Junction today and can expect to work for up to fourteen days. Upon arrival, they will be assigned based on the conditions and need across the region where they are reporting to. GJFD maintains two other wildland fire apparatus that will remain in the City.
