Colorado's Energy Office (CEO) is opening applications for its e-bike rebate program, one of the largest in the nation! CEO is offering e-bike rebates and will open applications on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 9 a.m. until Monday, August 21, 2023 at 1 p.m. To be eligible for an e-bike rebate, you must be a resident of the State of Colorado, 18 years of age or older, and income-qualified.

This state initiative is engineered to enable low- to mid-income individuals to start their journey toward sustainable transportation that is accessible and affordable.

If you make less than 80 percent of Mesa County's median income, you qualify for a $1,100 discount on an e-bike. If your median income ranges from 80-100 percent, you could qualify for a $500 rebate. Rebates are distributed via a random selection after the application period ends. Visit the Colorado Energy Office website now to find out how to apply and be a part of the change. Starting April 1, 2024, all Coloradans, regardless of income, will also be eligible for a $450 discount on an e-bike purchased from a local authorized retailer.

The Energy Office expects applications to fill up fast so make sure to save the date for next Wednesday!
