Please use caution in the area of 4th & Rood. Crews are working to replace a signal conduit that was struck on Wednesday by a contractor. The signal at the intersection will remain operational, but all pedestrian crosswalk signals have been bagged to allow repairs to take place. Work will be ongoing into Wednesday and this release will be updated as more information becomes available.
UPDATE (2/11 9:14 a.m.) The signal is back up and running. Full power has been restored.
Please use caution when traveling through the area. Remember, if traffic lights are out, they should be treated as a four way stop. If able, please plan to use alternative routes until the repair work is completed. If you must travel through the area, please be patient and be cautious as crews work to restore signal operations.
