[ARCHIVED] UPDATE: Highway 139 remains closed due to Oil Springs Fire, evacuations ordered

Oil Springs Fire

According to CDOT, Highway 139 is closed in both directions at Douglass Pass due to the Oil Springs Fire. According to the Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office, the fire is burning 20 miles south of Rangely.
