The City of Grand Junction launched a new tool for residents to report non-emergency issues in the community. The new Report A Concern tool replaces the existing Fix It form.
This new tool allows residents to report non-emergency issues to the city in several areas. Emergencies should still be reported to dispatch by dialing 9-1-1. Upon opening the tool, users can select from several categories to include issues related to parks & trees, weeds & code enforcement, roads & sidewalks, streetlights, water, and sewer. When reporting a concern, users will have an option to include a photo and place a pin on the map where the concern is located. Mobile users can locate their concern with their device’s location service.
By selecting from this menu of choices, users will help staff efficiently respond to the issue by dispatching the appropriate department. Following the submission of a report, the concern will appear on the map with details of the report and a status indicator.
This tool is also available in the City’s mobile app.
