- G Road is closed from west of Spanish Trail Drive to 24 Road
- Access Canyon View Park from either 24 Road or 24 1/2 Road only
- Detour route will be in place

Lincoln Park Stadium Improvement Project
- Northbound 12th Street has been reduced to one lane south of North Avenue
- Delays can be expected, alternate route advised
- Anticipated Completion - March 2022
North Avenue Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
Sun. Dec. 5: (night work)
- North Ave. Eastbound lanes will be closed at 28 Rd. - Detour will be in place
- Left lane closure on North Ave Westbound lanes at Melody Lane
Mon. Dec. 6 - Sun. Dec. 12: (night work)
- Various lane closures along North Ave., between 28 & 29 Road
- North Ave westbound right lane closed between N. 4th St. and 30 Rd.
Mon. Dec. 6 - Sun. Dec. 19 (day work)
- Various locations along North Ave. between N. 1st St. and 30 Rd.
- Motorists can expect up to 1/2 mile long lane closures
Bahamas Way (Paradise Hills) Sewer Replacement Project
- Bahamas Way will be closed between Paradise Way Lanai Drive
- Lanai Drive will be closed at Bahamas Way
- Resident access will be provided
- Anticipated Completion: Friday December 10
Non-City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions
1st Street & Grand Avenue Improvement Project – CDOT
- Expect intermittent lane closures, traffic pattern changes, and delays on 1st Street, I-70B, and Grand Avenue
- Expect possible side street closures with well-marked detour routes in place
- Be aware of reduced speed limits throughout the construction zone
- Access to local businesses will be provided
- Alternate route advised
- Anticipated completion – May 2022
E Road Reconstruction between 31 Road and 32 Road – Mesa County
- Expect full road closures with a well-marked detour route at various locations
- Be aware of the 15-mph reduced speed limit, along with increased law enforcement
- Resident access will be maintained
- Alternate Route advised
- Work hours: Monday thru Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Anticipated Completion - January 2022
North Avenue Waterline Replacement Project - Ute Water
- Utility Construction on North Avenue from 29 Road to I-70B
- Expect intermittent lane closures and delays
- Anticipated Completion - Late April
34 Road Government Highline Canal Bridge Project - Mesa County
- 34 Road is closed to through traffic between US Hwy 6 and G Road
- Detour route will be in place
- Anticipated Completion - Early May 2022
M Road from 16 1/2 Road to 17 Road, Shoulder Work - Mesa County
- M Road will be closed between 16 1/2 Road and 17 Road
- Detour route will be in place
- Resident access will be provided
- Anticipated Completion: Late December
