The City of Grand Junction invites the community to join in celebrating its new home for Utility Billing and the General Services Department (including the Purchasing Division) at 910 Main Street. The ribbon cutting event will be held on Thursday, January 20th at 10:00 a.m. Following the ribbon cutting, guests will have an opportunity to tour the facility with City staff.
The purchase of the building and property at 910 Main Street provides the City with a location that will better serve residents that presently pay bills in person and conduct other routine financial transactions at City Hall. In addition to the advantageous layout of the building, which includes a drive-up teller window, the property, unlike City Hall has off-street parking and non-metered on street parking.
