[ARCHIVED] City Conducts Satisfaction Survey To Gather Input About City Services

City Conducts Satisfaction Survey to Gather Input About City Services- News Flash

The City of Grand Junction recently distributed a customer satisfaction survey to a random sampling of 5,000 city residents in order to better understand sentiments towards City services and gather ideas for future planning.

“Community input is a crucial part of how the City creates plans for the future,” stated Greg Caton, city manager. “The results of this survey will create a priority blueprint for where we can improve, how to grow responsibly, and what services our community needs.”

A random sampling of 5,000 households were mailed the survey, and these responses will provide statistically valid results. In addition, the City of Grand Junction encourages all residents to complete a survey online in either Spanish or English through an open-link or by completing a paper copy available at City Hall. The deadline to complete the survey is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

By including the additional option of the open-link survey, all residents have an opportunity to provide feedback, and their responses will be included in the final analysis conducted by the project lead RRC Associates. While open-link results will be kept separate from the statistically valid responses, these responses also provide valuable feedback for the City of Grand Junction.
